Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new product releases), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Space City Brick Vault is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
