Return and Refund Policy

At Space City Brick Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original parts, packaging, and accessories.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, unbuilt, and complete)
  • In original packaging with any tags included
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
We do not accept returns on most items. Returns are limited to:

  • New, sealed sets
  • Select items approved at the manager's discretion

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important:
Customers may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping, and/or a restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Previously owned, used, or collectible items
  • Apparel

Many of our products are used or collectible, and therefore are final sale unless otherwise approved.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
